As apart of my work in the trans community I work to empower and uplift trans youth. Trans youth are the most vulnerable group as they are constantly faced with hate that is fear based. As an educator it is my job to create a safe and welcoming environment for all students to learn and engage with others. I will continue to create safe and welcoming spaces for all to come to feel seen, heard and loved for who they are.
